glaze roasted duck breast is very simply to make but contain a surprise within.Service with rose wine is fantastic
2 duck breast with skin
1 fresh plum
2 large cloves garlic
4 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp olive oil
2 spring onion( fine chopped)
2 small cup of rose wine
freshness asparagus for service
1.put duck breast into a container,fill in cup of rose wine,just cover the duck breast and put fine chopped spring onion in.cover the container and put it into fridge for 7-8 hours.
2.prepare a very hot pan,2 tsp olive oil, sizzling duck breast(with skin side on bottom) till the color golden.
3.preheat the oven,set the temperature at 180C
4.rub honey on the duck breast,make sure the duck breast coasted with honey and put them into oven for roasting.
5.meanwhile,boil the liquid which for marinating the duck breast,add 1 plum (prepared without nut) and 4 tsp brown sugar for the sauce.(if the sauce taste too sour,you can add more sugar,it is up to what flavor you like.
6.cooking the duck about 20-30mins,take them out and slice for service.
